I can't login to my dashboard

  • Hello all, I can not login to my admin dashboard, I wrote my username and password, but It just redirects me and ask’s me again to write username and password, also before this problem I couldn’t uploaded images to my host server.

    Were you doing anything with the editors in the admin area before this happened? If so, you may have corrupted a file and it’ll need to be replaced with a clean copy via FTP before you can log in again.

    If not, you may just need to do a password reset, even though you know your password. See Resetting Your Password for several ways to do this.

    If that doesn’t work, it’s looking likely that your site was hacked. Try checking it with https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

    If sitecheck found issues, or if all else failed, start working through the steps in FAQ My site was hacked.
