I can’t login into www.remarpro.com or see my website

  • Okay so here is the deal. Yesterday my blog, www.remarpro.com admin page worked perfectly fine! I did a few plugin updates and that was that. Come the following morning and I cannot view my blog site nor can I login into the admin panel of my www.remarpro.com site.

    Now I do not know how to fix this despite lots of googling. I hear something about going to the godaddy C panel.

    Firstly, I do not know how to go the C panel, or what to write or where to put said writing. I had to make a new account just to access the forums.

    Help would be very appreciated.

    Note: Your site and www.remarpro.com, and any account here on this site is not connected in anyway. Your credentials here cannot be used anywhere else including your own installation of WordPress software on Godaddy.

    Onto your problem.

    Your site is tossing 500 errors which means something there isn’t loading correctly, possibly a plugin or your theme. That error message will be in your Godaddy error log. Have you contacted them for support?

    Once you get that error can you post it here? Not the whole file just one error that indicates if it’s a theme or plugin issue.
