both links go to the login page for me, so you might have a browser issue. Which browser are you using? Can you try a different browser or access it from a different computer/device

Are you behind a firewall which could be blocking something? Can you try from another location?

I just tried thru my phone and got connected, I have made NO changes to the firewall settings but will look into that now.
