I can't log into my dashboard on any of my sites, it's like I'm locked out

My sites were working fine last week, I started a new domain and the site was fine until earlier in the week, I can’t log into wordpress, it’s like I’m locked out. The site I just started is still in my cache but pages come up blank when I try to load images or activate/deactivate plugins to see if that is the problem.
