i cant log in to my local host to Wp-admin in Xamp!

  • Hi everyone I hope ypur having a great time
    I’m actually on a really stressful situation ….
    I have my website offline Ok but problems for getting it Online. onced i made everything online but Links to the posts & images werent correct. i used a plugin go live ” but it made it worse . i deleted the database & and all i gad on my cpanel host but now when i want to log in to my Xamp local host it goes online im the adress : mywebsite/wp-admin ! not in local wp-admin! now im stuck that how can i fix this and at least work my website in offline mode in local host …
    i have the right versin of website before all of this but replacing it wouldnt fix the problem.. should i delet Xampp and make it all again ? (but i have local files og my website) .
    reseting the host will get it fixed ? or reinstalling Xampp ? Im so so confused !
    ill be thankfull if somebody help ?

    Please tell me the steps to reproduce a problem.
