i cant log in to my admin panel

    i cant log in to my admin panel..wordpress return the following …

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_user_settings() in /mounted-storage/home108c/sub003/sc64719-BIYI/myweb-traffic.com/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 14

    please help me..

    Call to undefined function almost always means some files didn’t get uploaded. Did you recently upgrade?

    i overwrite my old admin files with the latest one and this problem occur,
    any idea how to fix this problem?

    To resolve this you need to modify the admin password details from the database. How to accomplish it..please refer this…
