I can’t log in to my admin page and my blog has reverted back to my old blog

  • Hello I tried to log in to my admin page for my blog but it isn’t working. I thought I typed in the right username and password which didn’t work so I tried to request a new password but it didn’t work and I didn’t receive an email with a password reset. What’s more, is that when I looked at my blog the other say it appeared to go back to my old blog which I thought I’d lost so gave been typing in new content since last year but this seems to have disappeared. If you could help me in any way I would be most most grateful. My email address is [ email deleted, never post emails in public again ] if that helps. Kindest Regards Natalie

    Please give this a read, it contains methods for resetting your blog account password when resetting your password via email does not work.

    Also do not post email addresses in public. There’s a lot of scammers out there and if anyone does contact you please let the moderators here know. They’ll be banned from this site for that.

    Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Ok, I have gone to the link and embarrassingly don’t understand it, so was wondering if you or someone else could help me any more Wuth it please? Is it possible for someone to go in to my blog and give me a new password or something? I only know very basics like writing blogs and a bit of editing. Also, do you have any idea why it is showing my old blog instead of my new blog that I’ve been doing since last year? Thought it was very strange.
