    Your website is asking me for my password when I’m trying to *reset* my password! Please help. I need to renew my Charitable plugin. I tried buying the plugin but your site requires that I log in. I can’t login without resetting my password – but – again – your site is requiring that I enter my password when I am attempting to get a password reset. please help asap! Thanks so much.

    I just wrote to you via your Pre-Sales Questions form asking for a password reset. The link you sent me above – in the text that says “contact us” sends me to your Priority Support page and I need my missing password to log into priority support! ?? Thanks. I hope to hear from you soon.
