I can’t log in

  • Hi,
    Nice plugin but when I have the rtMedia plugin active, I can’t log in via Clean Login. Can anything be done about it?

    Are you using Clean Login shortcodes in separate pages/posts?

    Hi @hornero,
    I’m using [clean-login] on the home page to add a login form there. When I try to login via [clean-login], the site does not work. Login is possible from the default WordPress form

    Could you please try to update (resave) the page which contains that shortcode? If that does not help, then there might be an incompatibility with the other plugin, but just in case there was something missing.

    Unfortunately I still can’t connect. I get “Nothing Found
    Apologies, but no results were found. Perhaps searching will help find a related post. “When the rtmedia plugin is active.

    I don’t know the way, maybe you can contact the other plugin’s author.
