i can't log in

Good morning

I would be grateful for your help. I can’t log in to my wp admin. I am writing correct login and password and nothing happening.

On my ipad app I’ve got a message that Jetpack blocked my IP. But I think it is not true, because I’ve trierd to log in from another IP an it’s the same problem.

Yes – I’ve read the article abour Whitelist.
1. I can’t log in to my wp admin
2. I’ve tried to log by wordpress.com – I don’t have any Whistlist window – anywhere
3. I’ve changed wp-config

And i still can not log in. WordPress supprt told me that I need to write here.
Please help. What can i do? ??
Maybe I can dissconnect Jetpack with my page?
