I can’t install Ocean extra plugin

Please help guys.

I installed word press on my PC (in XAMP/htdocs), theme: OceanWP, but when I try to install Ocean Extra plugin I get the messages bellow. Do anyone knows how I could fix the problem and install Ocean Extra and can the Ocean WP theme work normally without this plugin if I’m not able to install it? The message says I’ll get and e-mail to my admin e-mail address, but I didn’t get it.
