I CAN’T INSTALL MY COUNTRY LANGUAGE.

  • I dont know why. These are steps i did to install my wordpress system:
    – Upload wp zip file to server
    – Use Cpanel to extract it
    – Move it to new folder
    – Upload entirely languages folder to wp-includes. (Contain: vi_VN.mo and vi_VN.po)
    – Edit file config.php
    – CHMOD all file to 755, except for config.php (666)
    And I still see the English DASHBOARD…
    While on the server it’s like that, my localhost is still working with my country language.
    Can anybody explain me where errors are and how to fix them?

    So there is notthing can help me out?
    I edited line define(‘WPLANG’,”) to define(‘WPLANG’,’vi_VN’), but it didn’t work…
