    What browser are you using?

What plugins are you using? Could be there’s a conflict between plugins, or between classic editor and your theme. Also, is your account an Admin account?

Try creating a new Admin account and logging in from that new account as well, to test if there’s an issue with a specific account or with the editor in general.
