I cant insert local video

Rutename, plugin use standard HTML5, the avi format is not supported. Here are the supported formats https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTML5_video.

If you need to see an avi or other formats you have to use a different plgin that uses flash technology. Thank and good job.
