Could you possibly try deactivating your plugins and retesting? If that works, then you can re-activate the plugins one-by-one to try and determine which plugin is causing the conflict. If it doesn’t work, try activating a WP default theme (such as twenty twelve) to see if it’s a theme conflict – again if it works, there is something in your theme that would cause the connection between the Media Library and Envria to be broken.

I’ve tried it, but the situation doesn’t change. Actually it’s not my website It is almost finished, and some galleries already exist, that you can edit, but not insert new photo in it. Something must have happened 1 year ago, because the ex web-developer hasn’t finished the site, and the user doesn’t know hot to handle it. It is set since that as a “coming soon page”.

Is it possible, that he overwrote some codes? If so, how could I fix it? There are many addons, with license key type platinum. I don’t know the key. I dare not install again Envira.

Hi Judit,

It is possible he put something custom in there (or one of the plugins could be).

The only way to know for sure is to deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure you’ll be able to find it to fix it – depending on how the code is written and injected?

As you’re referring to the Pro version of Envira (as you mention a license key and the Platinum license), you would need to raise a support request at enviragallery.com
