    Hi everyone,

    I’m having problems importing products with a CVS file that I got from my wholesaler. I followed the steps shown on the woocommerce website, but I ended up with over 3000+ products on my webshop.

    The problem is that none of them have a unique name(they’re all named product), none of them have a price, none of them have a picture or any other attribute. I tried deleting all my current characteristics/attributes to see if that could be the cause, but that didn’t help either.

    I added a couple links with screenshots below;

    If you guys have any questions, please ask them

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi there!

    For the built-in importer to correctly read your CSV file, you should ensure that you’re following the instructions in Product CSV Importer and Exporter – Documentation, and make sure the column headers match the sample file in the doc.

    If you’re still having trouble with this, please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report:

    * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. A link to download the CSV file that you’re trying to import to your store. (Please redact any personal details in the link, and if you’d like to keep the original products private, share a CSV file with dummy product data)

    Thank you for working with us on this.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
