I cant import my saved accounts (nx-snap-settings.txt)

I exported my files a couple months ago, something happened that cause all my accounts to be removed from the plugin on wordpress, since this i have been trying to import the file i saved sometime ago but its saying
“Incorrect Import file.”

Even if i export now (the 2 accounts on the plugin). When i try to import the file it says the same thing “Incorrect Import file.”
