    Please allow me to share some possible factors that could be causing the issue. Usually, these sort of issue occurs when:

    – There is a problem with your network,
    – Your browser cache, or
    – The option to accept external requests could be disabled within your server configuration.

    Would it be possible for you to clear all your browser cache and confirm whether the option to accept external requests is enabled?

    Hi, thank you for getting back on my post. Tried some of the solution you provided and now i can import available template from the plugin library.
