I have just installed ad actived this plugin. But cant see how it works at all.

I’ve just watched your video and dont see whats shown in the video. Once installed I select add new page and then the content editor thats usually there is gone theres no where to add content.

What i see in your video i don’t have the pixgridder interface that i see in the video, there is only an option to disable pixgridder builder and remove any trace of pixgrid builder from page thats all i have. So I’ve lost the ability to add any content what so ever form my page and cant even use pixgridder!!!!!!

I’m either doing something very wrong or this product doesn’t work

    Hi,

I’m afraid there is a JS error if you can’t see anything. Sorry. May I ask you something? For instance: are you running WP 4.0? Are you able to check for some js errors in the browser console ( https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console )

    Let me know. Manuel ??

    Hi Manuel

thanks for the speedy reply I’m not really sure what i’m doing with this: I opened the console in WP and this is what i get:

Sorry, there is a javascript error:

“Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token , post-new.php?post_type=page:293”. It generates other errors that don’t allow to see the editor, but I don’t why the first error occurs. You should try to switch your theme to the default one (Twenty-Fourteen for instance) and check if the problem is with the theme. Then disable the other plugins, for the same reason. If you find the culprit let me know, I’ll try to replicate your issue on my end.

I’m not going to disable the theme but I’ll try with plugins maybe jetpack as i see another issue here with jetpack which seems similar.

I’ve deactivated jetpack then activated it again and upgraded it and they are both working fine.

Love it just what i needed! very simple

I have the same problem, but Im so new at this; I have no idea how to open any console and look for js errors. The plugins I have are akismet, contact 7, theme4press core, wordfence, captcha, and revolution slider. Not really sure what to do at all. The pro version looks awesome, but I want to ensure the free version works.

I am using wp4.1 with alora thema. Thank you for any guidance you may provide. Jason
