I can’t get the plugin to work

    I am trying to test this plugin with another device but there are no emails being sent. I test by adding one of my products to cart on my other device and wait a lengthy amount of time on the checkout screen.

    I have set the Cart abandoned cut-off time to 1 minute, 10 minutes and 30 minutes but no email. I have also activated an email template and set that to 1 minute, 10 minutes and 30 minutes.
