I can't get the button to appear!

I have the advanced quantities plugin activated as well. I have it set up to allow a minimum of 1, and a maximum of 10. I added custom CSS so that the theme I’m working in (Edge/Hudson) would allow for the dropdown field to be active.
However, there is NO button associated with the dropdown button to click!
