I can't get rid of deleted page titles from drop down menu.

  • This issue has been addressed before, with the following remedy:

    ‘The changes take place immediately but remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.

    Also disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s).’

    However I have done the CTRL F5 option and the ‘Delete Cache’option with no change happening. I’m not sure how to perform the ‘disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s)’ option.

  • Hi Avis, could you post a link to the site? Also which browser are you working with? Chrome can take a while to refresh itself with new content, Firefox is better.
