I can't get onto my site or into the backend

    I’m not sure which version of WP I am using..

    HELP. I have been ill and not on my website for a couple of days and have definitely not made any changes. But now I can’t get in. Other people can open the site but I can’t get the page to load. When I try to go to the back end it lets me go to the login part but that is all. After that nothing happens.

    My host say there is no issue at their end.

    I have cleared my cache.

    It took me a long time to even get onto WordPress but all other sites are ok. I am on a M. A. C.
