    I’m running an eCommerce website-
    If an order is placed on the website, I don’t receive notification email regarding the orders in the corresponding email until I check the website backend. However, the test email worked just fine.

    What could be the issue and how do I resolve it?

    If the test emails are sent successfully, please contact the plugin sending the order notification email. If you’re using WooCommerce, you’re probably having an issue with the asynchronous email sending.
