I can’t get it to work!

first of all, if you are running a live site, you can always go back to the v1.8 (see this thread).

I can understand your frustration, but please bear with me if you want to get to the bottom of this.

you’re going to have to be more specific.

If your existings ranking are not showing up in your admin page, then it is likely the DB update didn’t go as planned and you need to reset your order in your admin page (see screenshot #2) which will pull your previously ranked data (which is still same in the custom table used in v1.8).

I upgraded this plugin about a month ago and it’s not working right. I can reorder the thumbnails and then the changes don’t show up on the live site. I did a reset for the categories that I want to re-order posts for, and now some of the posts aren’t even showing up to be able to re-order them. Super frustrating. I did another update today, hoping that things would work better – they still don’t. I had to manually go back into each post (for inventory items on a custom boat website) and re-enter the date so that they would show up the way I wanted them to on the client side.

Do we need to be a programmer to make this plugin work?
