I can't get into my dashboard

I am having the same exact issue except it’s telling me that I don’t have permissions to view the dashboard.

Apparently, per BlueHost it’s a wordpress error:

it looks like it’s an issue with your WordPress directly – [13-Sep-2014 19:06:33 UTC] PHP Warning: <edited>: failed to open stream: Permission denied in <edited>/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 217

You can try either replacing the core file, or just doing a restore from a backup in your cPanel.

Why would this happen in the first place?
