I can't get email notification for new subscribers

  • Hi, i admire the plugin email to download, everything is working properly beside two issues:

    <b>1. when new subscribers download the file i cannot get email in my inbox that notify me, but the subscribers are added in the list, but not email that notify me.</b>
    <b>2. when i try to delete the subscribers it show an error and say i don’t have permission to delete.</b>
