I can't get captions below photos to work!

  • It wasn’t like this for years: Look at the photos with captions here:
    https://www.nkscouting.com

    Now look at what I want to do with captions under photos:
    flip through the pages of my site, and you’ll see that most
    articles have photos that have wording underneath them.

    However, click on the site on https://www.nkscouting.com Turn the page to page 2: you can see that neither of the two photos have anything below the photos! How can I remedy this?
