I can’t get any images to show

  • I can’t seem to get any images to show in my Mailchimp preview while building the email. The image is set to featured, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The images are in your feed; likely you need to adjust which merge tags you are using in your Mailchimp template. I would try *|RSSITEM:CONTENT|* or *|RSSITEM:CONTENT_FULL|* and see if that resolves the issue. Some of the merge tags do just the text and will strip out formatting and images.

    If you can’t get it sorted, please post your template here with all of the merge tags and I can try to help troubleshoot.
