    My Google Sitekit doesn’t work

Your site may not be ready for Site Kit
Looks like your site is having a technical issue with requesting data from Google services.
To get more help, ask a question on our support forum and include the text of the original error message:
    google_api_connection_fail

And I can’t fix it by using guild.
I don’t know what to do now.

Can anyone help me, please Thanks.

Many thanks for providing an update. That error code indeed indicates a hosting related issue. Unfortunately there is little we can do with this on the plugin side. You can check with your hosting provider that your php.ini file is correctly setup, with the curl.cainfo location correct defined.

You may also try to switch to a different PHP version, as per one user who encountered the same issue.

Please check the above with your host and let me know once corrected.

    Hello
I tried it and still gives me an error.

Thanks for the update. When you mentioned you tried did you correct your curl.cainfo reference? Unfortunately you’ll need to check this with your hosting provider to ensure the configuration is correct. There is nothing we can do on the plugin side to correct any cURL related errors.
