I can’t find the watermarks in the archives

  • Despite having installed Lemonink on my WordPress, the PDF, EPUB and Mobi files purchased from my Woocommerce store seem to have no Watemark. I looked a lot, but I didn’t find it. Is there any hidden point that I couldn’t look for or is it a operation problem? Is there any means of solving?

    Hi! Sorry about that, but it looks like a simple configuration error and I think we’ll fix it easily.

    First, please confirm that when you edit a product in WooCommerce it has the “watermark files using LemonInk” field checked and that the “master ID” file contains a valid id of a master file from your account on LemonInk.

    My guess is that that’s what’s missing, but if not (or if my instruction is not clear), I’ll help you figure it out.
