• This is the message I am getting. I have looked for the default file and cannot find it. Someone please help me!!

Your website is up and running!

Website https://www.jwcustomcreations.com has been successfully installed on server.
Please delete file “default.php” from public_html folder and upload your website by using FTP or web based File Manager.

Below you can see your current files in public_html folder.

      default.phpdefault.php
      tag.jpgtag.jpg

I’m also confused as to where this image file came from because it is not mine.

  • That’s the server default page. Can you send a screenshot from your document root folder?

I have just put WordPress on the server to start creating the site. I expected WP to appear when I went to my site, but I get this message instead.

The site I am creating is for a guy that already had his domain. Maybe this domain is still affiliated with another hosting site??

I’m not quite sure why you’re struggling with this for so long. The directions on the landing page are very clear, and very specific.
