I CANT enable email notifications??

    Hello support
    I cann’t enable all email notifications in the plugin???
    like Account Needs Review Notification – account activation email
    they all have a red cross
    after i want to save the changes i get a page with the folowing text :
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    PLEASE HELP
    because i asked my hosting profider also what is wrong but they say everything is fine with the domain

    This is probably an issue with your mod_security settings. Please ask your hosting provider to whitelist the UM Settings page.
