    Hello,

I have difficulty in editing my products from the admin dashboard, I was told by the hosting platform its a conflict issue with a plugin, but they don’t know which plugin this is, I have deactivated all plugins and left only the woocommerce plugin, no luck, I have also tried opening the page in incognito mode, same result.

Could you please help me out?

    Hello bkorganics1

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Could you please explain what problem exactly you are facing when trying to edit products?
Sharing screenshots or a video will be helpful.

Was everything working fine before or you are facing this issue since the start of the website?

To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hey, @bkorganics1!

It seems you edited your reply, so I’m not able to see the information.

Can you please share the information my colleague asked so we can continue to help you here? ??

Can you also please confirm if when you deactivated all plugins if you also switched to a default theme such as Storefront?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello,

Apologies. So the pages affected are: products, woocommerce extension, and my media page. I deleted the woocommerce plugin and installed again, but the same issue. The error message is the same and I am the one setting the website up myself ( I am not a developer nor have any coding experience). please help

    Hi @bkorganics1

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
