I can't download/install plugins!!, Description in body

If a plugin fails to upload completely on the first attempt, you may have to delete its folder in wp-content/plugins using FTPe (or whatever file management application your host provides) before uploading it again.

And please do not post the same question more than once.

Have you tried activating the Hello Dolly plugin?

I installed hello dolly, and tried to install a plugin, it didn’t work…

No – did you activate Hello Dolly? If so, did you get any errors? Did it work?

Yes, I activated it, I didn’t see any errors and it seems to work perfectly

I just tried installing one again – it justs stops loading after install package….
And then it literally just stops – only for the plugin woo commerce though, for every other plugin I try to install it says successfull and then when I press activate it says “this plugin does not have a valid header” and disappears from my plugin list

I did try installing hot fix it just says “this plugin does not have a valid header” when i click on activate and then it vanishes out of my plugins – this seems to happen with every other plugin

I also tried installing jet pack – the same thing Happens

Right_ I know there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Hotfix plugin, so it would seem that some corruption is happening when these plugins are downloaded to your server. Have you tried uploading unpacked plugin downloads to your server using FTP?

Yes I have tried uploading plugins to my FTP, however they were in zip format (my FTP doesn’t accept folders)

Sorry but with all due respect, what kind of FTP app is that? Are you using your host’s file management application? Or a full-blown FTP client?

I’m using the hosts cpanel?
