I can't download my premium purchase

    Hello,

    I don’t know if you have received any of my earlier attempts to reach out to you (I have a suspicion you have not since you seem to be quick to respond on the WP forum). I have both used Contact us and I also tried to send you an email. The email resulted in an immediate “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” respons…

    Friday 22nd of July I purchased the premium version of WaterWoo, but I have not been able to download it, the automated mail sent to me after the purchase did not contain any download links. I have tried to access the download through My Account, but in Downloads there is nothing and I get a 404-error message when I try to download the API.

    I also tried to contact you via my private email, with no luck unfortunately – still the same error message. Both mail addresses are hosted by gmail – could that be a part of the problem/solution? Do you have an additional mail address where you could be reached?

    Thanks for your reply yesterday, I have been able to install the WaterWoo Premium plugin, but I have come across two problems I hope you can help me with:

    I am not able to activate my license. The data I have used as input is: License Key: wc_order_57920373424e5_am_FYJ1aKG***** and my mail address as License Key email.

    My second problem is that I cannot get waterwoo to add number of copies ordered with shortcode [PRODUCT-###]. It will only display [PRODUCT-###] in place of the actual data.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
