I can’t download an updraft archive to my computer.

    Hello,

    I can no longer download my updraft backups to my computer. In all browsers it says check your internet connection. I don’t have any problems of this type.

    Version 1.23.16

    Hello,

    Does this occur with backups that are stored locally and / or with ones stored in a remote storage location such as Google Drive, Dropbox etc?

    Can you check your php error log, can you also ask your hosts for your server logs and this could be an issue with your server.

    Finally can you also try deactivating your other plugins.

    If you go into your site wp-content/updraft directory do you see the backups there?

    yes, I have the backups in the local directory. I’ll ask the host
    in the meantime, I’ll take the backups in the local directory, thanks
