I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!

  • WordPress doesn’t recognize my login info so I had to make up a new user name. I can get into dashboard, into my settings but when I click on Theme, theme options, customize, ANYTHING… I get Customize: Loading… at the top, Circle of Design on the top left and a blank screen with a spinning grey dot in the center. It never changes. It won’t move. My mobile site looks COMPLETELY different than my desktop site (they aren’t even the same theme!)
    I can’t get anyone on a phone. I can’t get anyone in a live chat. I can’t do a single thing with my website.
    WHAT HAPPENED!?
