I can't delete this plug in.

Exactly the same!!! I’ve been tried a couple times to delete it but it appeared “https://xxxxxxxx.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=delete-selected&checked%5B0%5D=wp-parallax-content-slider%2Fwp-parallax-content-slider.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=42728af4b7”
Then it stuck in empty page.

@wp-maverick: we cannot delete the plugin.

Any suggestions?

I will be giving this plugin a negative review due to this.
