I can’t delete some items

Hello,

I’m trying to delete a button. The one green with the Moroccan flag and I can’t do it. I press the delete button and it doesn’t work. I don’t know why I can erase some items with the delete button and others not.

Also I want the picture of the principal page to look bigger and I don’t know how to do it.
