I can’t delete any media files in my wordpress site

  • Hey I am having this weird issue I don’t know if anyone else has ever faced it. 

    The delete permanently link is not working on any of my media file. It just doesn’t click. I recently set up wp offload media plugin on my website which I guess seems to be creating problem.?

    There is no console error, no wordpress error, no error log, nothing.

    Please help

    Could you please try and temporarily deactivate WP Offload Media Lite and then use the “Delete Permanently” link and see if the issue persists? This is to confirm if the plugin is related to the issue.

    If you’re able to use Delete Permanently link after deactivating WP Offload Media Lite then please try and temporarily switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five and deactivate all plugins until the issue goes away to check for possible theme / plugin conflicts.

    If it’s not due to theme / plugin conflicts, would you be able to send us the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install
    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info & Error Log”
    3. Copy the contents and paste it on your next reply
