I cant customize appearance

Suggest you deactivate Theme and reload. Try a different Theme first to check it works.

I just activated a different theme and it works fine. Then I activated the Customizr theme again and it dont works. It stay on “Loading…” forever.

The preview of that theme does not work. Stay on “loading” too.

Check your hosting provider because I cannot visit to your website.

It may clear it by going into “Tools/Internet Options/Delete” Temporary Files and Cookies before downloading it again.

Try reinstalling the theme.
