Hi. I can’t create user groups. WordPress 5.5.1. Click create group, enter the name, apply and nothing happens.

    Hi portass,

can you check if you get any errors in your browser’s development console? It should open if you press CTRL+Shift+I

on another hosting everything works but the errors are the same

The errors shouldn’t do anything, you don’t need the css maps for anything to work.
Can you provide me with some server specs? Like, what MySQL and PHP version are you running?

    Thread Starter portass

    (@portass)

    PHP version: native 7.2
MySQL database server version: 10.2.32-MariaDB – MariaDB Server

hm, ok. Do you have the default groups (guest, user, premium). If possible, you could check the network tab of the developer tools and check if the request that should create the group returns anything. Do you have any plugins installed that block the rest api or any plugins that potentially mess with permissions?

    Thread Starter portass

    (@portass)

there are no default groups. and no new ones are created. I disabled all plugins in turn and reinstalled your program several times. no result.

    Hey portass,

sorry for the late reply. You should probably edit out your phone number, if you post it here everyone can see it. I think it’s also against the forum guidelines.

If you need more in-depth support please use the ticket system on our homepage or contact us via email.

As to your problem: If you don’t have the default groups something went wrong the activation of the plugin. Have you ever migrated this database? We’ve had this problem before and it’s usually caused by a migration.

    Thread Starter portass

    (@portass)

no, the database was not moved. I tried to optimize and clean it, but the problem remained. what advice can you give me?

I have a current beta version of the plugin that you could try that removes the part that probably causes the error you are experiencing: https://www.cluevo.at/cluevo-lms.zip

    It’s working!))) Thanks!

Sorry, but it doesn’t work. User groups have appeared, and I can edit and add them. But I can’t attach the loaded module to the course. And your demo courses with demo modules do not work, the 404 page opens…

The 404 thing could be an issue with your permalinks. Can you go to settings -> permalinks and hit the save button to see if this gets rid of the 404 error?

    Thread Starter portass

    (@portass)

look, I upload a module, create a course, click attach module, and the module selection window opens. I click on the module in this window and nothing happens. the module is not attached

in the previous version of the plugin, user groups did not work, and courses and modules worked. in this version of the plugin, groups work, but courses and modules do not work
