I can't create new pages or publish changes!

I’ve been installing plugins that our site needs, and after I installed the last one, Login Logger, I haven’t been able to publish pages or publish new pages. It’s really odd and in the bug report for my php, I got this error:

Any idea what I might have screwed up or how to fix it?
