I can’t configure Secret validation

Configurating the verification failed, in “Secret” I entered a simple question, made it as a required. In “Validation” I tried entering the answer, but it is always grey, and can not type in it.
The Help at the top of the page, sadly doesnt work.
How can I make it active? How can I make also visibal the verification failed?
