I can’t change the ” Pay with credit card / debit card” text

I see that after activating the early access mode, you can’t change the payment method name.

Firstly, I’d like to check whether you have changed this in the settings. Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe and make sure that you have changed the title and description of the payment method. You can see this option in the image below:

If this isn’t what you meant, then I suggest you take a look at our guide on translating extensions and see which method best suits your use case to translate the text. I suggest the Loco Translate method since you only want to change this one text:

Yes, I changed the name on the attached image (https://d.pr/i/7d2pCi) and it’s working with the old version.

However if I activate the early access mode, then I don’t see the title and the description anymore.

I tried to find the text (Pay with credit card / debit card) with Loco Translate as well but Loco can’t find it. ??

That text isn’t going to be translatable through something like Loco, as I believe it’s coming from Stripe.

To change the label of the payment method there in the checkout page, you’d likely want to disable the new payment experience like here:

Once you’ve done that, you can change the name to whatever you’d like in the Stripe settings page.`

Yes, I just did that and I can change the payment method name. But it would be great if we could use the new payment experience with custom payment method name. Can you include this option in the next version please?
