I can’t change slider

I’m updating this website and they want to change the slider on the front page, I already installed the smat 3 slider and created a new slider with 4 images, no problem until then, but now I’m trying to post it on the front page. It is impossible for me I followed all the tutorials that Smart Slider 3 has and it is not possible, I have to remove the old one and install the new one, can someone help me to solve this problem? this is the information:
