I can’t change password

    When I try to change password, after email confirmation and giving new password when click on reset password then it shows “This is not possible for security reasons.”. Would you please how to solve it? Thank you!

    Does your site have a cache plugin? If so, could you please try excluding the reset password page from the cache and see if the issue goes away?
