    Could you help me to check it,

    I can’t change my product data to Gift Card, when I try to do it, it will be back to Simple product automatically.

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    It seems that the issue you are facing is due to the third party plugin or theme please run a test by deactivating the theme as well as third party plugin.
