I can’t buy my online course with PayPal

  • I can’t buy my online course with PayPal. I have the Business Plan with Word Press. I set up an online course in LearnPress, connected my PayPal account to Stripe and I still can’t buy my course to test it. It says, “Client Authentication failed.” Please help! I cannot earn revenue with my WordPress site!!!

    Based on your description, it seems the issue might be related to an incorrect Client ID configuration for PayPal. Here’s how you can resolve it:

    1. Navigate to LearnPress → Settings → Payments → PayPal in your WordPress admin dashboard.
    2. Ensure the PayPal Email is correctly entered.
    3. Double-check the Client ID field to make sure the value is accurate. You can find the Client ID in your PayPal Developer account.
    4. If you are using PayPal’s REST API, enable the Use PayPal Rest API option and make sure all credentials are correctly entered.
